Life's Tough
I've come to realize over the past few months that real life is nothing like fairy tales. Things don't usually turn out perfectly in the end...in the words of Kansas: "Nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky. It slips away, and all your money won't another minute buy."
As depressing as this all might sound, I've found it kind of enlightening - I know that although things may not be fairy-tale perfect, I will make the most of them. Things will change but that'll just make it more of an adventure. I control my own destiny. That makes me happy...

At least your not on your way to a bitter, dejected middle age. :-) Make the most of your possibilities while you have all of the choices in the world.
I know how you feel. I like this one even more than the other shot following it.
